2Day FM dropped again as well, just one week after co-host Harley Breen announced his decision to quit at the end of the year on air.
Meanwhile, KIIS are now Sydney's most listened to station on the back of topping breakfast and drive, pulling in an overall share of 9.5%.
After a tough outing in the sixth survey for 2017, triple j's Melbourne market has enjoyed some healthy spikes across the board (excluding evenings) to clinch an overall share of 4.5%.
Hamish & Andy have also reclaimed top spot on FM drive for Fox FM, after Smooth dropped a nasty 1.0% share, pushing them back to third position.
The news only gets worse for Smooth as it is no longer the most listened to FM station in Melbourne, thanks to a massive 1.8% surge from Gold 104.3 which now sits at #1 with an overall share of 11.1%.
Nova has maintained its dominance over the FM market yet again, coming in at #1 in breakfast (14.4%), drive (17.2%) and the city overall (13.9%), well ahead of Hit 105 in second place (11.2%).
Triple J came up with a mixed bag this time around, seeing increases in the breakfast, morning and afternoon slots, and decreases in the drive, evening and weekend slots.
Despite Nova pulling in some big numbers in the Perth market, Mix 94.5 is still the city's most listened to FM station with an whopping overall share of 14.1%.
Triple J has also experienced some nice bumps in both breakfast (9.6%) and drive (11.5%).
The Adelaide market proved to be the toughest for triple j in the latest survey, which suffered drops in all slots, excluding drive, which increased by 0.4%.
The youth broadcaster posted an overall share of 5.2%, down 0.4% from the sixth survey.
Meanwhile, despite dropping by 0.6%, Mix 102.3 is still Adelaide's #1 FM station after posting an overall share of 11.8, just ahead of Nova's 11.2%.
