The midweek figures are in.

P!nk is the hot favourite to take out top spot on the ARIA Albums chart this week with her seventh studio album, Beautiful Trauma.

Midweek figures suggest the US pop star's new LP will debut in the top three of the list and if successful, the placing would mark P!nk's fourth-straight #1 album in the country, following The Truth About Love (2012), Funhouse (2008) and I'm Not Dead (2006).

The new collaborative effort between Australia's own Courtney Barnett and US songwriter Kurt VileLotta Sea Lice, looks to be the only danger for P!nk, which is predicted to debut in the top five, though it could land even higher by week's end.

P!nk is set to tour Australia in 2018 in support of Beautiful Trauma; check out theGuide for more details.

Other albums debuting on the chart this week include Beck's Colors (top ten), St Vincent's Masseducation and Robert Plant's Carry Fire (both top 20) and David Gilmour's Live At Pompeii (top 40).

Over on the Singles chart, Post Malone's Rockstar (ft. 21 Savage) should be able to hang on to #1 for another week, but don't be surprised to see P!nk's What About Us sneak back into the top five and potentially challenge for top honours.

Expect to also see Peking Duk's Let You Down (ft. Icona Pop) and Kygo's Stargazing (ft. Justin Jesso) crack the top 50.
