The Avalanches, Anoushka Shankar & Dan Sultan Lead WOMADelaide 2018 First Line-up

WOMADelaide has today unveiled the first 18 acts for its 2018 line-up, which includes a number of big-name Australian and international acts.

Leading the SA festival's first announce is Melbourne legends The Avalanches and 'Queen Of The Sitar' and daughter of the late Ravi Shankar, Grammy-nominated artist Anoushka Shankar.

They'll be joined at Botanic Park from 9-12 March by acts including Dan Sultan, Kamasi Washington, Yirrmal & The Miliyawutj Band, Adrian Sherwood and Havana Meets Kingston.

45 more international and Australian acts will be announced on the 2018 line-up over the coming months.
