*cough* Segue Safari *cough*

The inaugural Falls Festival in Fremantle this past January was quick to leave a lasting impression; part of that impact involving high-quality local talent gracing stages throughout the event.

Returning 6 – 7 January with a line-up that boasts Flume, Fleet Foxes, Run The Jewels and more, Falls has once again unveiled its Foster A Band initiative, which will see six local bands go head-to-head for a slot on the festival, each one backed by a different media outlet – The Music fostering rising stars Segue Safari.

The winner will be decided via the public, with voting now open via the Fall Festival website until the end of October.

The lo-fi, alt-pop sounds of Segue Safari’s latest offering, Salutations, show a band intent on exploring new territory and perfecting contemplative lyricism and thoughtful arrangements. Summer vibes perfect for a festival in Freo.
