Anthony Callea Beats The National For #1 Album On This Week's ARIA Chart

Aussie singer Anthony Callea has taken out this week's ARIA Album Chart #1 position with his album ARIA Number 1 Hits In Symphony, making for his third chart #1. 

Callea has beaten out American group The National, with their album Sleep Well Beast settling into the #2 spot, while Jack Johnson's All The Light Above It Too has debuted at #3 and Kip Moore's Slowheart has placed at #6, just missing its predicted top five landing.

Eddie Sheeran holds onto this top ten ruling with ÷ (Divide) sitting at #4 and Aussie legend Paul Kelly stands firm at #5 with Life Is Fine.

Other albums to debut this week include Nothing But Thieves' Broken Machine (#12), Odesza's A Moment Apart (#13), Catsplay's Happy Hour (#16), Neil Young's Hitchhiker (#22), Arch Enemy's Will To Power (#26) and Thomas Rhett's Life Changes (#30).

Sam Smith has taken out the ARIA Singles Chart #1 with his new track, Too Good At Goodbyes, while Taylor Swift reigns second and third positions with Look What You Made Me Do (#2) and …Ready For It? (#3).

As predicted, Zayn and Australian darling Sia have debuted at #8 with their track Dusk Till Dawn. 

Dua Lipa's New Rules has climbed to #4 from #6 last week, while P!nk's What About Us has slipped from #2 to #5 and Macklemore's Glorious also loses two positions to come in at #6.
