OK, So Powderfinger Just Played A Surprise Set At Splendour

Bernard Fanning's Saturday evening set at Splendour In The Grass delivered festivalgoers a major surprise when he was joined on stage by his former Powderfinger bandmates.

Rumours of a Powderfinger reunion have resurfaced every year since their demise in 2010 — with one semi-reunion taking place in 2015 — and just yesterday Fanning shared a post via his Instagram account that alluded to a potential reunion.

Members of the Aus music behemoth joined Fanning towards the end of his Splendour set to deliver renditions of two of their classics, These Days and (Baby I've Got You) On My Mind.

To say the crowd went batshit crazy for the surprise appearance is an understatement. See the video below and via The Music's Facebook page.
