This is far from over.
The controversy surrounding the ill-fated Fyre Festival looks to be far from over as the event is now reportedly under FBI investigation.
As New York Times reports, federal authorities are investigating possible mail, wire and securities fraud.
The failed Bahamas-based event, billed as a luxury weekend for its punters, was called off on within hours of kicking off as the site had not even finished being set up.
NY Times have further reported that many people outside of Fyre Festival punters are still reeling from the disaster, such as headliner act, Blink-182, who are yet to get their equipment from customs.

Some of the festival's employees are still yet to be paid either, including restaurant owner, MaryAnn Rolle, who catered meals and rented villas to the festival crew, and has claimed she is still owed $134,000.
"I'm struggling and feeling taken advantage of," Rolle said.
"It's embarrassing."
Meanwhile one of Fyre Festival's acts, Lil Yachty, confirmed in a recent interview with The Music that he was paid despite never even travelling to the Bahamas.
The news comes only weeks after Fyre Festival was hit with a multi-million dollar lawsuit by its own attendees.
