Three big names in the race.
On any other week, it'd be fair to assume Harry Styles' debut album or Paramore's new LP would be shoe-ins for a #1 debut, but thanks to news of Ed Sheeran's 2018 Australian tour, the race has become MUCH tighter.
Sheeran is a chance to retain top spot on the ARIA Albums chart with ÷ (Divide), but as midweek figures indicate, nothing is guaranteed as Styles' self-titled record and Paramore's After Laughter should both debut somewhere in the top three.
Given the attention the One Direction singer's chart-topping debut solo single, Sign Of The Times, received, as well as the fact that Paramore's last two albums (2013's Paramore and 2009's Brand New Eyes) both peaked at #1 on the Aussie charts, at this stage its anyone's guess as to who will come out on top.
Expect to also see Zac Brown Band's fifth studio album, Welcome Home, debut somewhere in the top five.

Other albums debuting on the chart this week include Dead Letter Circus' The Endless Mile (top 20), Dean Lewis' Same Kind Of Different, Seether's Poison The Parish (top 30), Midnight Oil's new boxset, The Full Tank and Machine Gun Kelly's Bloom (top 40).
Over on the Singles chart, DJ Khaled's star-studded track, I'm The One featuring Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance The Rapper and Lil Wayne, will be fighting to retain top spot, as Miley Cyrus's new hit, Malibu, will crack the top three.
Meanwhile, Styles' latest single, Sweet Creatures, and Calvin Harris' Rollin, featuring Future and Khalid, should both debut comfortably in the top 50.
