Prepare Your Taste Buds: The Gold Coast Is Getting A New Craft Beer & Cider Festival

The Gold Coast will play host to Crafted, a brand new craft beer and cider festival, when it launches this November.

Although information at this stage is a little bit scant — both the brewer line-up and early-bird ticketing info are yet to be announced — but there's enough out there to ignite the thirst ahead of the inaugural event later this year.

Crafted will highlight local brewers from the Gold Coast and broader south-east Queensland area, as well as from across the border, giving punters an afternoon-and-evening-long chance to celebrate the region's finest beer-and-cider craftsmanship among the splendour of Broadbeach's Pratten Park.

There will also be delicious food on offer from some of the state's premier food-truck vendors, as well as live entertainment from local and national talent to keep the good vibes flowing as fluidly as the bevvies.

The inaugural Crafted Beer & Cider Festival will be held on Saturday 4 November.
