The talented string-slinger joins the Melbourne company's ever-growing roster

Acclaimed Sydney-based guitarist James Norbert Ivanyi has joined the ever-growing roster of acts under the purview of Melbourne touring, booking and management company Wild Thing Presents.

The new booking deal comes ahead of Ivanyi's eagerly awaited forthcoming fourth EP, due for release later this year, which itself follows a hectic period of kicking goals, including being featured on the next Scale The Summit album alongside a bunch of insanely talented instrumentalists.

He's also been playing shows in the United States — he's a repeat invitee at the Suhr factory's National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) party, and appeared at January's inaugural Guitar Collective showcase next to Dan Sugarman, Yvette Young, Angel Vivaldi and more — and will head to the UK to perform at Tech-Fest in July.

This all comes on the heels of his own co-headline tour (in support of his third EP, The Usurper) with I Built The Sky, as well as playing in support of Soilwork and Katatonia and undertaking a national tour with Circles.
