Sydney alt-rockers Interim have today dropped the music video for their single, Millennial Blues, and, premiering right here on theMusic.com.au, the clip shows raw footage from the recent lockout laws rally and the band performing at it.
Shot by local filmmaker, Richie Miller, the exclusive footage from the rally exemplifies what Interim's track is all about.
"Whether it’s the lockout laws, negative wage growth, unattainable housing prices, the government's current media war on the poor, riot police being called in to close down concerts in Sydney etc, they all have a very real impact on how our generation are going to get by," a statement from the band reads.
"Yet the decision-making for all of these things rests with the people who no longer have any stake or interest in things like nightlife, work opportunities and modern culture.
