The venture essentially serves as an opportunity for Rogers and O'Connor to sit down with some of the music industry's brightest and find out all about what makes them tick, starting with episode one guests Nathan McLay and Chad Gillard of Future Classic.
"The idea is to have informal conversations with fascinating self-starters in music: artists, managers, designers, promoters and other people with great vision," Rogers said in a statement.
"We'll get to the crux of how they got started and focus on that one moment that changed everything..."

Ooh, mysterious. Give the first episode a burl below.
Gillard and McLay are fitting people to fill the inaugural guest slot for Side Of Stage, being that it's highly likely they'll be side of their own stage at 2017's festival — yep, the Future Classic stage is back next year and boasting Jagwar Ma, Mr Carmack, Clams Casino, Mick Jenkins, Sampa The Great, GL and others.
Along with those more-established drawcards, Laneway last week announced its triple j Unearthed winners for each of its iterations around the country this January and February. In case you missed it, the class of 2017 includes Genesis Owusu in Sydney, IV League in Melbourne, Lonelyspeck in Adelaide, Dream Rimmy in Fremantle and Confidence Man in Brisbane.
St Jerome's Laneway Festival returns from Thursday 26 January, starting in Brisbane.
