Mother Nature Unleashes On ARIAs Red Carpet, Wrecks A Lot Of Stylists' Hard Work

:'(

Those of us stuck in offices and entire other states probably don't have too much sympathy to spare for people swanning about at fancy events this afternoon.

But, however much you do have lying around, chuck it towards the poor stylists (and self-sufficient individuals) who toiled for nothing on their looks today before Mother Nature let loose on the ARIA Awards red-carpet event with a healthy downpour of rain.

Oh, and the people caught in the actual precipitation themselves, we suppose. Although, really, it's a bit of water from the sky. You'll live. Our hearts, instead, go out to whichever hard-working glamour artists out there spent their days prettying people up for this thing only to have it all quite literally washed away well before its use-by date.

Imagine how stylish this photo set would have been if everyone didn't look like they'd just swum in/they weren't all sporting umbrellas. What a waste.
