“It actually made me feel like complete garbage."

Police are on the hunt for a person they believe urinated on a punter during a Spiderbait gig in Melbourne earlier this year, after security footage was obtained by authorities.

As Herald Sun reports, Belle Nolan was watching the Aussie band perform at 170 Russell on 26 February when the incident occurred.

"I hate how it made me feel about myself," Nolan said.

"It actually made me feel like complete garbage.

"I felt humiliated."

Watching the show with her friend, Nolan initially thought someone had simply split their drink on her.

"But then I realised it was warm and I turned around and saw this guy fiddling with his fly behind me," Nolan continued.

"He just looked right at me — then he kind of shrugged his shoulders and smirked as though it wasn’t a big deal.

"I was completely in shock.

"It wasn’t like he just wet his pants — he exposed himself and seemed to direct the urine."

It's understood the man in question was kicked out of the venue following the shocking act but his details were not recorded.

First Constable Chris Fidler, of Melbourne East police, confirmed that the incident is being treated as assault and that a Crime Stoppers alert has been released.

"It’s almost belligerent behaviour and shows disregard for other patrons," Fidler said.
