This is going toe be HUGE.

The third installment of the UNIFY Festival is set to take place in January next year and proving how quickly it is being embraced by Australia's music community, it has been announced that the event will be held across two days in 2017.

The festival will take place from 13-15 January in Gippsland, while the full line-up is expected to drop on Wednesday, 22 June.

Just 2000 early bird tickets will be exclusively released for UNIFY 2017 here and punters are encouraged to get in early as last year's allocation sold out in under three hours.

Speaking to Hysteria, UNIFY organiser Luke Logemann said of the expansion, "These last two years have been some of the best times of my entire life, and it means the world that so many people seem to feel the same about it".

"Our line up is absolutely amazing for Year Three, and with the amount of experience and feedback we have on our side, I just feel like this will be the best one yet."

Logemann also dropped some very subtle hints as to who fans can expect on the 2017 bill.

"We have one band playing a classic album from 2008," he said.

"We have two bands reforming to play. We have three bands returning from UNIFY 15 and three bands returning from UNIFY 16. And we have seven internationals from three different countries."
