Well, that'll warm your heart.

More Modern Baseball More Modern Baseball

Ever been at a live gig and witnessed someone looking a little distressed in the middle of a mosh pit? Maybe you've lost a friend in the crowd? Or maybe some annoying dickhead seems to think the entire floor belongs to them and they can be as aggressive as they like for their own benefit? Well, Modern Baseball have just found a pretty amazing way to combat that in the form of a gig help hotline.

Having just performed throughout Australia, the US punk act are kicking off The Holy Ghost tour back home today and will launch the safety hotline at their first show in Nashville.

Anyone at the show feeling unsafe or who may see anything inappropriate happening in the crowd can simply text a number which will alert the band's tour manager and venue security to the problem.

"Modern Baseball is going on tour this spring and we want you to see us play in a safe, comfortable space," a message in a promotional video reads.
