Maroochy Music & Visual Arts Fest Announces 2016 Date

Ahead of this year's line-up dropping in a few short weeks, Sunshine Coast Maroochy Music & Visual Arts Festival have announced their 2016 event date. 

Taking place this year on Saturday, 10 September, the event will head back to Horton Park Golf Course in its second year, bringing a smorgasbord of amazing musicians, artists and more to top last year's killer event featuring DZ Deathrays, Flight Facilities, Gang Of Youths and Hermitude.

Maroochy are in a place to announce, though, that they have bagged installation artist Amanda Parer to reveal her specially commissioned work as part of the Fantastic Planet series at the festival. After its debut at Maroochy, Parer will take it around the world.
