After five long years US rock icons Red Hot Chili Peppers have announced details for a new album set for release this year and are celebrating the news by dropping the record's first single today, Dark Necessities.
The band's 11th studio album, coined The Getaway, is their first since 2011's I'm With You and is set for release on 17 June via Warner Bros Records. Fans who pre-order the album will receive an instant download of the new single — click here for more details.
