The six-piece were in town just a few months ago for Laneway
Having graced our shores mere months ago as part of Laneway Festival, neo-soul wunderkinds The Internet have revealed they'll be playing some more headline shows this July when they're back in town as part of Splendour In The Grass.
The sextet — made up of Odd Future members Syd The Kyd, Matt Martians and more — will bring their undeniably catchy grooves and saccharine vocals to two shows on the east coast, the week after they take to the sold-out Splendour.
They'll first hit up Melbourne's 170 Russell on Tuesday, 26 July followed by Sydney's Metro Theatre on Friday, 29 July with their third LP, Ego Death, in hand. The record features appearances from hip hop and R&B heavyweights such as Janelle Monae, Vic Mensa and Tyler, The Creator, and landed the band a nomination at this year's Grammy's for Best Urban Contemporary Album.
Brought to you by Laneway Presents, tickets go on sale at 9am on Tuesday, 26 April.
