A London music blogger caught sight of this...
Fans have gone wild after a photo posted by a London music blogger has hinted that legendary Manchester rockers The Stone Roses are in the studio working on their third album.
Stevie Birchall posted a photo on her blog this week of herself and her friend outside The Church Studios in Crouch End, London, posing with flight case after flight case of what looks like The Stone Roses' gear.
Birchall writes, "The roadies helped us take multiple photos of us posing with the gear. Questions were running through my head as I asked the Manc Paul Weller lookalike roadie if they were in the studio now, if they were recording a new album, if I could meet them.

"I told him I was going to see them in June and even told him where we lived if they wanted to come round a cuppa - pointing at our kitchen window … I got told their [sic] recording new material at the moment."
If the band are recording a third album, it will be their first in 22 years and their first since 1994's Second Coming.
The Guardian reports that a new album is definitely happening. A source close to the band say, "Ian Brown and the lads have been busy getting their next album ready. It will be album number three.
"It’s a long time coming, but they feel the time is right now. They’ve been back in the studio. Everyone is very excited about it."
Another source said, "When the band reunited in 2012 there was never any concrete plans. But now they feel everything is in place to record a new album."
The band currently have four shows slated in for Manchester's Etihad Stadium this June.
