Sydney and Perth are developing an impressive list of Supastars for their June events

Melbourne and the Gold Coast's Supanova Pop Culture Expo events are just around the corner, so naturally the annual convention's organisers are further turning their attention to this June's shindigs in Sydney and Perth by further bolstering their line-up.

They're not doing it by halves, either, with the new crop of additions headed our way mid-year including the impressive likes of Charmed stars Shannen Doherty (oh yeah, she was Brenda Walsh in Beverly Hills, 90210 and starred in Kevin Smith's legendary Mallrats as well) and Holly Marie CombsLord Of The Rings/The Goonies alum Sean Astin (also of current Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise fame), ex-Buffy player and Dexter main Julie Benz, and acclaimed Aussie actor John Noble (Lord Of The RingsFringeElementary).

The on-screen talent is far from all to be added to June's festivities, however, with Sydney and Perth boasting an incredible array of voice actors, artists, authors and web sensations, including celebrated vox-man Troy Baker (The Last Of UsBioshock: InfiniteBatman: Arkham Origins and more), Adventure Time star Jeremy Shada, anime voice juggernauts Sean Schemmel and Christopher Sabat, and comics creators Cully Hammer (RedThe Question), Frank Cho (Liberty Meadows), Arthur Adams (Long Shot, Uncanny X-Men) and Joyce Chin (VampirellaXena: Warrior Princess).

Sydney and Perth punters will also be treated to appearances from writers Tamora Pierce and Anne Bishop, media personalities-cum-book scribes Stephanie 'Hex' Bendixsen and Steven 'Bajo' O'Donnell, as well as Adam Spencer, former boxer Kostya Tszyu (he's just co-written a book, Bullies Aren't Scary, with Dustin Warburton) and online heavyweights RubberNinja (Ross O'Donovan) and Commander Holly (Holly Conrad).
