Gang Of Youths' David Le'aupepe, Marlon Williams and Troye Sivan have scored nods as Breakthrough Songwriter Of The Year, while Sia's Elastic Heart, Jessie J's Flashlight (also penned by Sia) and Vance Joy's Georgia are among the Most Played Australian Work nominees.
