Sugar Mountain announces new 'Sensory' restaurant featuring Bomba, Tin & Ed and Cut Copy Soundtrack

When a festival and three Melbourne icons of taste, sight and sound combine

Sugar Mountain once again pushes boundaries of Melbourne's Music Festival scene,offering a new on-site dining experience at the 2016 event : Sensory.

Sensory is described as "an immersive restaurant experience". It is collaborating between Sugar Mountain and Melbourne's three icons of Taste, sight and sound- Bomba, Tin&Ed, Cut Copy.

The all new dining concept will be taking place on 23 January, at the Victorian College of The Arts (VCA), in which they will host a limted four sittings, only of 90 people per table, within the brand new indoor space at Sugar Mountain. 

The guests will be able to explore and experience the relationships between sight, sound, taste, smell, and touch through the four-course set menu, whilst having their senses stimulated through a 50 minute narrative.

Acclaimed Tapas restaurant,Bomba, will express their artistry through experimental food and drinks. Melbournes design Gurus Tin & Ed will work with 'function and form' in order to create an immersive environment, whilst Melbourne's icons and ARIA winners Cut Copy will create an evolving soundscape to complement each course. 

The tickets are strictly limited ($55 per head) which can be bundled with 2016 Sugar Mountain , which goes on sale 19 October.
