Not the kindest words.

More Megadeth More Megadeth

Following the very last show of their Australian tour, Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine has issued an apology to their fans in Brisbane for technical difficulties that occurred during the performance on Wednesday night at Eaton Hills Hotel.

Taking to Periscope, Mustaine blasted the band's guitar tech by calling him a "waste of skin and life" and placed the blame on him for the issues, while confirming that he had fired the stage hand.

"You guys ever had an experience where you are in a clutch moment and you have somebody there that is like, your wheel-man?" he said, speaking into the camera.

"Well, that was my guitar tech tonight and I fired his ass and I apologise to the people here in Brisbane."

The 54-year-old singer continued, "You guys deserve way better than this jerk-off did tonight and I'm sorry. Megadeth is much better than what we appeared tonight."

"But you know what the funny thing is? He has to live with himself and as of like, right now, I'll never see his stupid fucking ass again."
