All the ARIA charts action this week.

The dust has finally settled and in the end, the latest volume of triple j's Like A Version compilation has beat Aussie legends Cold Chisel to #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart this week.

As indicated by midweek figures, the 11th volume of the compilation series, which features covers recorded by The WombatsJarryd JamesMark RonsonVance Joy and many more this time around, proved to be too strong as it finished on top while Chisel's eighth studio album, The Perfect Crime, finished just behind in second spot.

The placing sees the rock veterans take out the exact same position from 2012's No Plans, having not enjoyed a #1 debut album since 1998's The Last Wave Of Summer.

Meanwhile, last week's chart toppers in metalcore band Parkway Drive dropped two spots to #3 with Ire, while the new offering from Rudimental, We The Generation, finished in #4 just ahead of UK singer James Blunt's I'll Take Everything, which jumped up to #5 after coming in last week at #11.
