With news that Americana festival Out On The Weekend would expand to Sydney, alongside its usual Melbourne date, this year, the festival has unveiled the food, booze and culture things you can dig into in between catching acts like Ruby Boots, Dawes and Kasey Chambers.

Food-wise, expect delectable grub from the Two Hat-winning chiefs of Porteño, as well as its little One Hat-winning brother Bodega — both will be in both Sydney and Melbourne and will feature dishes like fried brisket balls with Jack Daniel's maple glaze and grilled kransky. Sydneysiders familiar with the soft, melt-in-your-mouth cheeseburgers of Mary's will be pleased to hear that the infamous burgers will be available in both Sydney and Melbourne with all the classics, too.

Melburnians will also get to dig into Beatbox Kitchen, Taco Truck and Juanita Peaches, the first specialised food trucks in Melbourne run by Raph Rashid, while those in Sydney will see Hills District favourites The Baron dishing up their coffee, donuts and assortment of hot dogs.

Stall-wise, Melbourne will get The Levi's Tailor Shop to customise your denim, trucker hat or shirt just the way you like, as well as Greville Records where you can peruse crates of vintage and new vinyl, a Nudie Rodeo Tailors Exhibition and Triple R Broadcasting Live. Sydney will also get to sift through records at Laughing Outlaw Vinyl Pop-Up as well as check out a Neil Young T-Shirt Exhibition.
