Hot Hot Heat To Make A Comeback In 2016?

It looks likely.

They were known as one of the hottest indie bands of the noughties and after somewhat falling off the map in recent years, it looks like Canadian act Hot Hot Heat are making a comeback.

The indie rockers have scarcely updated their social accounts lately (with the most recent posts coming in April and then much later in July) however in the last 24 hours their Facebook has been given some much needed attention which has included a new profile pic, a bunch of throwback shots and the most telling sign, a picture uploaded with the caption, "NEW HOT HOT HEAT SPRING 2016."

While fans are obviously giddy beyond comprehension, it is also believed that the band are considering a reissue of their third studio album, Elevator, in what will be its 10 year anniversary and that rumour seems to have some legs given the fact that their current profile picture on Facebook is incredibly reminiscent of the 2005 record's artwork.

If the band are to come good on their promise and release a new album, it will be their first since 2010's Future Breeds, so we speak for all Hot Hot Heat fans when we say, BRING. IT. ON.
