After group accused of inappropriate acts on stage.
The tour promoter for R&B outfit Pretty Ricky's recent Australian shows has leapt to the defence of the group, after concert-goers allegedly walked out of their show in New Zealand on Saturday night following "live sex acts" being performed on stage with a female fan.
As Stuff reports, one fan who attended the concert, Abby Suszko, claimed that the Miami-founded act brought a female on stage and told her to "uncross her fucking legs" as they performed "grotesque movements" towards her, as it looked like one of the band members performed a sex act on her.
However, promoter Victor Lopez, said "every show" of the tour was performed the exact same way, though he did not condone the band's actions.
"I'm not condoning their stage show but it's made to look worse than it is," Lopez said.

"If the person up on stage felt embarrassed or hurt by their actions then I need to respect how that person feels regardless if it was intentional or not."
Lopez went on to say that Pretty Ricky are known for their sexualized lyrics and compared their actions to that of pop star, Madonna, specifically the 2012 incident in which she touched herself during a live show in New York.
"It's morally wrong...but she branded herself and the product with that sex appeal. It's really just all an act, or stage show, to give you that shock value," he said.
"They performed the same show and said the same lines for 14 shows in Australia and New Zealand. I guess the die-hard fans would have expected that behaviour as that's the image or brand."
It is understood that Pretty Ricky flew out of the country last night following the end of their Australian and New Zealand shows.
