More The Creases More The Creases

Brisbane outfit The Creases' new single, Point, is ready to roll and in celebration, the four-piece band have announced they'll hit the road for a run of headline shows to launch the track.

Following their current commitments as the supporting act for fellow indie rockers The Preatures on their own headline tour, The Creases will kick off their shows in Sydney on Thursday 15 October, before moving on to perform in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth the following week.

The new track follows the release of the boys' debut EP Gradient which has established them as one of Australia's most promising up-and-coming bands.

A slew of fresh local talent have been confirmed to join the band as opening act in different cities throughout the tour. Flowertruck and doom pop band Hunch will open the show in Sydney, Hollow Everdaze and Hideous Towns will support in Melbourne and in Brisbane, psychedelic group The Good Sports and Donny Love will get opening honours. Support acts for Adelaide and Perth are expected to be announced shortly.
