Sydney hip hop act Bliss N Eso have today announced they will be teaming up with Australia's leading grassroots talent development program, Telstra Road To Discovery, to host the first-ever live interactive masterclass.

Co-hosted by singer Ella Hooper at the Customer Insight Centre Telstra Theatre in Sydney on Friday 25 September, the program will allow the ARIA Award-winning group to engage with fans all over the world and talk all things music.

Speaking to theMusic group member Jonathon Notley, aka MC Bliss, said that the group were very excited about the opportunity to host the renowned event.

"We've got a lot to say and a lot to talk about and to be able to have a platform to do that is pretty cool."

While the band will go through the processes of music creation, performance and touring, Notley admitted that it would also include personal stories that are "pretty important in terms of moves and how we rose to where we are now."

"There's going to be a lot of personal stuff in there in terms of how we did things as Bliss N Eso and then of course, more general terms of making music. We've got some interesting things to talk about."

The recently developed Telstra Theatre includes a floor-to-ceiling eight metre-wide LED wall, 80 custom designed speakers, 21 acoustic microphones and HD cameras.

Notley encouraged music lovers to get involved in the program, while admitting he wished the same type of event was available during the early stages of his own music career.

"If only back then when we started there would be something like this, it would be amazing," Notley said.

"It wouldn't of even had to be a hip hop genre, it could have been rock-heads or whatever. There's a lot of common knowledge to be shared."

Limited seating is available at the theatre and attendees are encouraged to get in early by registering for the masterclass here
