More San Cisco More San Cisco

Fresh from their triumphant appearance at last month's Splendour In The Grass festival, where they stared down a heaving mass all scream-singing back at them in the surrounds of the Amphitheatre, West Australian indie kids San Cisco have announced plans to hit the road for an epic 15-date tour of the country's regional areas from late next month.

The band will kick off their sojourn — still in support of warmly received recent second full-length Gracetown, named for a community in south-west WA — in the NSW town of Albury, at Paddy's, on Wednesday, 30 September, and between then and their final show back home at the Perth Cultural Centre, as part of the ARTBAR series, on Thursday, 29 October, they'll hit stages in all manner of out-of-the-way(ish) locales, including Canberra (ANU Bar, 1 October), Wollongong (Waves, 2 October), the Caloundra Music Festival (3 October), Townsville (The Venue, 9 October), Cairns (Tanks Arts Centre, 10 October), Coffs Harbour (Plantation Hotel, 15 October), Newcastle (Bar On The Hill, 16 October), Bateau Bay (Entrance Leagues Club, 17 October), Port Macquarie's Memory Lane Festival (18 October), San Remo (Westernport Hotel, 21 October), Traralgon (Kay St Entertainment, 22 October), Warrnambool (Whalers Hotel, 23 October), and Geelong (The Wool Exchange, 24 October).

No Gracetown, WA, though. Gutted.
