Michelle Nussey stars in Gorilla, Lovely Gorilla, a very different theatrical experience and part of the Melbourne Fringe Festival

Using both comedy and drama, sound and silence, to explore the peculiar and complex relationship we humans have with the animal kingdom, Gorilla, Lovely Gorilla is a tale based on real events, a first-time collaboration between actor Michelle Nussey, director Vanessa Chapple and sound designer Caleb Garfinkel being presented as part of the Melbourne Fringe Festival at Fringe Hub - Upstairs at Errol's.

As the production notes put it, "Empathy is examined. Human intelligence is pitted against animal. Sense is lost and found." Are you ready to face notions of evil? The heirarchy of the food chain? The Inevitability of death? Theatre as you've not yet experienced, Gorilla, Lovely Gorilla runs 18 - 20 and 22 - 25 Sep.
