US talk show host reaches out to Aus rapper.

It seems US talk show host Jimmy Fallon has finally buried the hatchet in the seemingly one-sided feud with Aussie rapper Bangs.

Just weeks after the popular comedian made fun of the Sudanese-born-Melbourne-based musician's 2009 breakout song, Take U To Da Movies on The Tonight Show, Fallon reached out to Bangs on Twitter to make amends.

In response to Bangs' diss track directed towards Fallon which he released shortly after his song was teased on live television, Fallon tweeted to the hip-hop artist: "BANGS! Well played. I actually like this version better."

In the private messages which Bangs screen-shot to his own Twitter account, Fallon continued, "This one is on my PLAYLIST," in reference to his Tonight Show segment, 'Do Not Play'.

The 40-year-old presenter concluded his message, simply writing: "Be well."

Bangs seems to have moved on as well, tweeting back to Fallon, "Thank u Jimmy for the love, I love u back we will meet soon."

Fallon recently began following Bangs on Twitter and many thought it would eventually lead to Bangs appearing on the acclaimed talk show, but only time will tell if that does come to fruition.

In the meantime, Bangs fans can enjoy his latest song, which conveniently enough is another diss track entitled Hip Hop Is Dead, this time targeted at some of rap's biggest names, including Eminem and Drake.
