More Jimmy Barnes More Jimmy Barnes

Rally group Reclaim Australia have agreed to stop using Aussie singer Jimmy Barnes' songs after the Cold Chisel frontman requested that they cease playing his music during their protests.

Following an online post from Barnes, the Reclaim group responded today through a Facebook post to express that they were "deeply saddened" by his request, after they were found to have played his band's classic Khe Sanh during a rally in Brisbane over the weekend.

"Mr Barnes, you have mistakenly believed incorrect news reports that Reclaim Australia is a racist group..This is not true..." the statement read.

"Inevitably at our rallies we unfortunately have some fanatics & we have tried our best to have them removed..."
