Kicking off this week.
After the release of his May album The Stars My Destination, Aussie singer Ben Salter has announced he'll be hitting the road for a national tour, proudly presented by theMusic.
The seven-date tour kicks off tomorrow night in Toowoomba and from there, he will move on to perform shows throughout Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Hobart.
Excluding shows in Nambour and Canberra, where he will perform solo, Salter will be joined by a full band which includes Something For Kate drummer Clint Hyndman, Ben Lawless from Mephistopheles, and fellow The Gin Club band mate, Adrian Stoyles.
"I am really excited about taking this band on the road. It consists of a really great mix of age, innocence, experience and hair-spray," Salter said.

"We're gonna be joined by a bunch of special guests all over the place including people who played on the album, some old friends. There'll also be some strings in Melbourne, Brisbane and Hobart. I'm really proud of this album and this band and I hope people can come along."
