Where else but Supanova would you see the unlikely alliance of pirates and FBI agents… with minotaurs and a Ghostbuster or two.

Day Three of this weekend's Supanova Pop Culture Expo in Sydney again saw the cosplayers taking as much of the limelight as the guests flown in from around the world.

Once more, between Periscope sessions and video interviews with the likes of Pokemon's Veronica Taylor and local best-selling graphic novelist Tom Taylor (they are not related to each other), we snapped the day's most intriguing cosplay.

The Supanova line-up now heads off to WA for next weekend's event at Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre.
