With sophomore album, 'Yuck'.

More Alpine More Alpine

It's been three years since the debut album release from indie-pop band Alpine and their latest offering Yuck, looks to make a splash into this week's ARIA Albums Chart.

The new record not only looks to crack the top 20, but it is also likely to make it into the top 15 this week.

It comes as perfect timing for the six-piece Melbourne act who are to embark on a national tour in support of the new work, starting from next week.

Meanwhile US singer Adam Lambert returns with his third solo album, The Original High which looks to debut in the top five this week, however he will be battling it out with Splendour headliner Florence + The Machine who looks to move back into the top three following her #1 debut just two weeks ago.
