Rapper takes to social media to vent.
Just months away from the cinematic release of the biopic Straight Outta Compton, based on legendary hip-hop group NWA, it seems one of the original members isn't too thrilled about it.
MC Ren took to Twitter to vent his frustrations and targeted film studio Universal Pictures for not including him in the official trailer, which you can check out below.
"Man fuck these bitches at universal pictures leaving me out the movie trailers tryin to rewrite history," the 45-year-old rapper wrote in his initial post.
He later followed it up with another tweet, accusing the studio of working on a project they aren't familiar with — read the full set of posts below.

The news comes just days after fellow NWA rapper Ice Cube announced that the surviving original members including MC Ren, will reunite for a live performance this month at the BET Experience Event in LA.
Meanwhile in the film, MC Ren will be portayed by US actor Aldis Hodge, while Ice Cube will be played by his real life son, O'Shea Jackson Jr.
Straight Outta Compton will be released in Aussie cinemas on Aug 27.
