Ascendant Melburnian outfit Hiatus Kaiyote have capped off a triumphant tour of the United States with an appearance on American late-night TV show Jimmy Kimmel Live!, dropping a flawless rendition of their smooth cut By Fire for the enthusiastic in-house audience.

The showing comes at the end of a period in the US that saw Hiatus Kaiyote sell out their 21-date tour of the country, including three gigs in New York City and a festival slot at The Roots Picnic, as well as being named last-minute support for Little Dragon in LA and playing in front of The Purple One himself, Prince.

Little wonder that they smashed it, really. Check it out below.

While in the studio, the band also dropped Breathing Under Water and the Grammy-nominated Nakamarra, both of which have been uploaded to YouTube, if you're interested.
