Russell Brand Tour Announced For Australia

He may now be better known for his political rants on YouTube but Russell Brand is still doing stand-up and he's bringing it back to Australia in October.

The no-edit-button UK comedian hasn't been here for a while but on his last visit here he made arena's feel like intimate clubs.

He'll return to our big venues with his The Trew World Tour shows, a spin-off of his YouTube web series The Trews that has one million subscribers and just posted its 300th episode.

The tour will kick off in Melbourne on October 17 with tickets going on sale 9am, Tuesday 2 June.
