Blues Icon B.B. King Passes Away Aged 89

Following reports that B.B. King had been hospitalised earlier last month due to a diabetes-related illness, the blues legend has passed away.

The 89-year-old guitarist reportedly passed away in his sleep in Las Vegas.

Regarded as one of the best blues guitarists, King came into the spotlight in 1949, penning classics Rock Me Baby, Lucille and more during his time, and was still touring extensively up until recently.
