Next month's Australian co-headline tour by US rock bands Supersuckers and The BellRays has been cancelled.

Supersuckers took to the group's official Facebook page to share the unfortunate news:

"We're extremely disappointed to announce that the Australian leg of our 2015 tour next month has been cancelled. Contractual issues made the trip impossible to salvage." the statement read.

"We would like to send our sincere apologies to our fans , The BellRays , all of the support acts and the venues who were expecting us. We hope to make it back asap with the help from another source."
