Single-day, three-day and camping passes were snapped up within hours of the general ticket release
This year's Splendour In The Grass festival has sold out only a matter of hours after tickets were made available for general purchase this morning, organisers have announced.
In the wake of increasingly high-demand pre-sales over the past week, the festival's allure and dominance has demonstrably continued into its 15th year, its third consecutive year back at its home ground of the North Byron Parklands. If you missed out on a ticket, don't totally despair — as with previous events, there will be a resale facility offered via ticket vendors Moshtix from 1 June.
"We couldn't be happier with the way the last week has gone and today in particular," the event's co-producer, Jessica Ducrou, said in a statement. "It's always a huge relief for us after all the planning to see a continuation of the incredible demand for Splendour.
"Following the amazing feedback we got from punters last year about our refurbished North Byron Parklands home, we think 2015 will be the best event in our 15-year history."
