'Orange Is The New Black' Third Season To Premiere With Marathon Screening

Third season of drama show to premiere back to back episodes on Foxtel

Fans of the critically acclaimed Netflix series, Orange Is The New Black have been patiently waiting for the highly anticipated third season. 

And with the prison based show due for release this June, Australian pay-TV company Foxtel have sweetened the deal with the announcement that they are set to marathon screen the upcoming season. 

The 'Showcase' channel which has also screened the previous seasons of OITNB, will air the entire 14 episode season back-to-back from 2pm on June 12, ensuring Aussie fans can watch at the same time as viewers in the US.

And to help viewers catch up, the channel will also marathon screen the first and second seasons from 3pm on June 6.

The standard weekly installment will commence again two days later. 

The upcoming season of the Emmy Award-winning series will also see former MTV presenter and Australian DJ Ruby Rose join the cast, who stars as a rumoured love interest to the shows main characters, Piper and Alex, played respectively by US actresses Taylor Schilling and Laura Prepon.
