1200 Techniques Named Among Jurassic 5 Bluesfest Tour Supports

Veteran US hip hop outfit Jurassic 5 have announced the roster of acts who will grace their Bluesfest sideshow stages as support acts, with long-serving Aussie outfit 1200 Techniques named among the special few.

The Melburnian hip hop crew will lend their talents to Jurassic 5's tour in Melbourne, at Festival Hall, on Wednesday, 1 April. Also joining Jurassic 5 for their solid spread of standalone dates will be DJ Mathmatics (of Zulu Nation) and Jayteehazard (Panthers, Newcastle, 26 Mar); DJ 26th Letter (Waves, Wollongong, 27 Mar; Enmore Theatre, Sydney, 28 Mar); and DJ Nick One (The Tivoli, Brisbane, 4 Apr).

Jurassic 5 will also be performing at Perth's West Coast Blues & Roots Festival on Sunday, 29 Mar, with their Melbourne and Brisbane shows filling the space between that event and their ultimate destination at Byron Bay Bluesfest.
