Clear you calendar in May, is all we're saying
Mötley Crüe fans have been salivating about the prospect of the band's return to Australia since we first reported the news of their impending Final Tour back in January last year. Now, though, they possibly have even more cause to be chomping at the bit after a tweet emerged online detailing the yet-unrevealed Aussie dates by way of a photographed tour T-shirt.
Although there's been no official confirmation on the authenticity of the apparel, the original pic comes from a Tokyo-based fan who appears to have bought the shirt during the band's recent run of Final Tour shows in the country (they played their last show there last night).
Based on the shirt — the veracity of which will be established in the very near future with the impending official announcement of dates — antipodean fans are potentially looking at shows at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne on 12 May, Allphones Arena in Sydney on 16 May, Brisbane Entertainment Centre on 19 May, Adelaide Entertainment Centre on 21 May, and Perth Arena on 23 May. Kiwi fans are apparently included before the Aussie leg, with a show indicated at Auckland's Vector Arena on 9 May.
Working against the T-shirt leak is the fact that no other Final Tour merch shares a design with this T-shirt but, at the same time, Japanese/South-East Asian/Oceanic-exclusive merchandise isn't unheard of, especially for a band with the Crüe's resources.

Motley Crue were last in the country back in 2013, when they toured alongside fellow '80s icons KISS.
