"There were thousands of people around. It's obviously concerning behaviour."
Detectives with the Moorabbin Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team are searching for a man who allegedly indecently assaulted a 20-year-old woman at last weekend's St Kilda Festival by ejaculating onto her back.
According to a Victoria Police report, the woman was watching the Thundamentals perform their set about 8.20pm on Sunday, 8 Feb, when, reports the NT News, she "felt a warm sensation on her back and turned around to see him doing up his fly".
"There were thousands of people around," a police spokeswoman told the paper.
"It's obviously concerning behaviour for the police. Surely someone has seen something or know[s] who this person is."

"To have the courage to do that, and to want to do that, is obviously disturbing," she said.
The man, who was described as being aged between 18-30, of dark complexion and average build, and with short black hair, brown eyes and noticeable acne scars, disappeared into the crowd immediately afterwards.
Police are also seeking a woman who is understood to have held the victim's wallet for her while she changed clothes; the apparel the victim was wearing at the time of the alleged incident is being forensically analysed by police.
Anyone with information about either the incident or the responsible party is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or submit a confidential report online.
This year's St Kilda Festival also featured performances from the likes of San Cisco, The Basics, The Church, DMA's, The Delta Riggs and more.
