The team behind the boutique Mullum Music Festival has announced a spin-off event by the name of Bello Winter Festival.

The newest addition to the Mullum family will consume various pubs, halls and street corners in the north coast NSW town of Bellingen for four days in July.

It kicks off Thursday 2 July and runs until Sunday 5 July and will host a range of international, national and local acts.

Washington, Husky, Mia Dyson, The Church, Archie Roach and more are the sort of names that grace the Mullum bill, and the festival has said we can except a similar laid-back vibe from Bellow Winter Festival.

There will also be a Youth Mentorship Program, street theatre and a wealth of local performers.

The line-up for the inaugural event will be released in March, with tickets going on sale Tuesday 24 February.

Artist applications are now open via the Bello Winter Music website.
