Venerated indie label Sweat It Out! Music has extended its embrace even further to welcome up-and-coming Sydney act Porsches as the newest members of its esteemed roster of artists and performers.

Joining a cabal that already includes the likes of Yolanda Be Cool, What So Not, Motez, RUFUS, Emoh Instead, Frames, Indian Summer and AJAX, Porsches is made up of respected individual musos Carl Fox — whose breakthrough track Chunky Rainbow (2010) might be a little bit familiar to your ears given its considerable love affair with the airwaves at the time — and Jesse Sewell, whose production and performance have also garnered a suitably impressive reputation of his own.

To celebrate the new signing, Sweat It Out! is signal-boosting the duo's debut single, Horses, which quietly first emerged out into the world late last year to limited fanfare — so allow us to rectify that nation-wide oversight by kindly suggesting you hit that play button a few centimetres to the south there to start making up for lost time as soon as possible. Heck, you might have already caught it on one of the several stations giving it love lately, including triple j and FBi.

With promises of a remix package and accompanying video clip in the pipeline to boot, the newly labelled Porsches are well placed to make this year work for them in a big way. Head to their Facebook page and swing them a like to stay in the loop for all future happenings from the ascendant two-piece.
