The trio are kicking some big overseas goals atm

Sydney-based trio DMA's have continued to kick some massive goals today with the announcement that the band have penned not one, but two overseas record deals.

The Newtown buzz act have signed with North American label Mom+Pop Records and Infectious Records in the UK. The deals will see upcoming music from the three-piece released in the two continents, meaning that debut album we're expecting from the guys in the second half of the year will be released internationally.

DMA's already had dealings with Mom+Pop last year, having released their single Laced through one of the label's imprints, Mermaid Avenue.

Mom+Pop are home to FIDLAR, Wavves and local star Flume, while Infectious look after Alt-J and Aussies The Temper Trap, putting DMA's in some pretty impressive company.

The news continues the band's assault on the overseas market, having been announced to play a number of big international shows, including SXSW, Governor's Ball, Boston Calling and Bonnaroo. They made an appearance at CMJ Music Marathon late last year.

DMA's, who featured in last month's triple j Hottest 100 countdown thanks to single Delete, are playing Groovin The Moo festival nationally this April and May.
